Title: French Fried Pickles

1qtDill pickles, sliced thinly
1 3/4cAll purpose flour
2tsRed pepper (cayenne)
2tsPaprika
2tsPepper
2tsGarlic salt
1tsSalt
3dsHot sauce (tabasco)
1cBeer
  Vegetable oil

Drain well and dredge pickles in 1 cup of the flour and set aside. Combine 3/4 cup flour with remaining dry ingredients. Add the hot sauce and beer mix well. Dip pickle slices in batter and deep fry in hot (375) oil unti they float and are golden. Drain on towels and serve warm.

NOTE: This makes a fair amount, but it's easy to get carried away with eating these. They taste better than they read, a great appetizer or snack to serve while watching football. I'll caution ya tho, they do tend to create some intestinal distress.
